Amsterdam dance event

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to nurturing electronic music, its culture and its industry worldwide. The organisation devotes itself to stimulating development, innovation and talent, gathering the global industry and laying a foundation for future generations. 

The event has grown into the world’s largest and most influential club-based festival and conference for electronic music, representing all electronic subgenres and subcultures throughout 1000+ events in 200+ locations spread across Amsterdam. The five day gathering runs from October 18—22, 2023. The five-day event attracts visitors from over 146 countries and features every conceivable aspect of electronic music culture, with dedicated conference programming, an extensive Arts & Culture programme, live music and DJ/artist performances, all spread across the city of Amsterdam.  The event continues to grow and develop each year, featuring over 2,500 artists and 600 speakers in almost 200 venues.

ADE Pro is the definitive platform and the ultimate guide for music industry professionals, providing a comprehensive understanding of the business. The 2023 framework focuses on giving visitors the tools to navigate the evolving electronic music scene.
Confirmed speakers include; Claptone, Max Cooper, Adam Beyer, Jayda G, A-Trak, Don Diablo, Juba, Röyksopp, Dimitri Vegas, The Blessed Madonna, Claptone, HoneyLuv, DJ Minx, Max Cooper, Kittin, Dillon Francis, Tiffany Calver, and special guest Grandmaster Flash.

ADE LAB

The playground for the next generation of creators, artists, DJs & music professionals behind the scene, aimed to inspire, introduce, connect and create a stepping stone for the future of the electronic music scene. Confirmed speakers include; A-Trak, Reinier Zonneveld, DVS1, Darude, Nicky Romero, Van Anh, Armin van Buuren, Animistic Beliefs.

ARTS & CULTURE

The program continues to explores topics like mental health, technological innovation, and cultural impact, combined with new vision of creating accessibility & connection in a sustainable way for local and international makers who find their strength in night and dance culture.

ADE FESTIVAL

Showcasing the full spectrum of electronic subgenres in Amsterdam’s finest nightlife spaces with over 450,000 visitors. 

ADE GREEN

The ADE Green program on Friday continues to play a vital role in pushing environmental consciousness, setting the sustainability and social change agenda for events and festivals, and driving new initiatives in the electronic music industry. Artists and institutes including Jayda G, Laidback Luke, Juba, Eli Goldstein, A Greener Future, Julie’s Bicycle, Climate Cleanup Foundation, Mysteryland and the MIT join the program to cover topics such as circular and climate-neutral events, renewable energy, CO2 compensation, social safety in clubs and festivals, mental health and more.
