Billie Eilish Announces «HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR» with a Focus on Sustainability

Billie Eilish has announced the dates for her much-anticipated «HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR,» produced by Live Nation. The tour will kick off in North America in September 2024 and run through the end of December 2024. In February 2025, Eilish will continue her tour in Australia, followed by concerts in Europe, the United Kingdom, and Ireland from April through the end of July.

Eilish will strengthen her long-standing collaboration with the environmental non-profit organization REVERB during this tour. Building on the success of previous efforts, which have resulted in over a million dollars donated to environmental projects, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, and climate justice, the «HIT ME HARD AND SOFT» tour will include various sustainability initiatives. These efforts will encompass reducing greenhouse gas pollution, minimizing single-use plastic waste, supporting climate action, and promoting plant-based food options with Support+Feed.

The REVERB Eco-Villages will be set up in two areas of the main concourse at each concert. Here, fans can engage in sustainable activities, connect with non-profit organizations, and take meaningful actions for the planet. During the tour, Support+Feed will launch a comprehensive campaign inspiring fans to eat one plant-based meal a day for 30 days. Plant-based Food Drives will also be organized in several cities to collect food and distribute it to local communities in need.

Eilish encourages her fans to use public transportation or carpool to attend the concerts, helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Fans will receive information about public transportation options before each show. Participating venues will collaborate to reduce the tour’s environmental impact by eliminating single-use plastics and composting and recycling waste. They will also offer plant-based food options at all shows.

Attendees are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles or purchase a custom Nalgene RockNRefill bottle at the free water refill stations located in the Eco-Villages. Fans are also urged to fight fast fashion by choosing second-hand, recycled, or borrowed clothing instead of buying new outfits for the concerts. For the concerts on June 14 and 15, 2025, in Barcelona, a limited number of Changemaker tickets will be available. Part of the proceeds from these tickets will go to non-profit organizations fighting food insecurity and the climate crisis.

Billie Eilish’s upcoming album, «HIT ME HARD AND SOFT,» co-written and produced by her brother FINNEAS, will be available on all digital platforms and in limited and recyclable physical formats, reaffirming her commitment to sustainability.
