MEO KALORAMA 2025: AN ECLECTIC LINE-UP CURATED TO ENJOY ART AND MUSIC THROUGH SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES
MEO KALORAMA has revealed its full line-up for the upcoming edition, where exciting presentations of Portuguese rising artists are being mixed with stellar international music, across genres. A more chill, artistic alternative to mainstream mega-festivals. Set in Parque da Bela Vista in Lisbon, we are going to witness magic through the days 19th, 20th and 21st of June.
Opening the festival with fresh and captivating energy we have an arrangement of artists that are going to establish the level that this edition contains. From the international introspective and eclectic offerings like Pet Shop Boys and Father John Misty performances to the fusion of disco, funk and electronic pop that L’Impératrice are bringing to every date in their “PULSAR” tour. However, the most exciting moment of the day is going to be the Sevdaliza performance where we expect to be inspired and discover her genre-defying music and curated visual world. Her blend of electronic, alternative R&B, trip-hhop, experimental pop, and avant-pop will anticipate for what is to come with “HEROINA”, her new album that is going to get released this Fall; but before all of that, let’s enjoy “Alibi” her most streamed song ever and the hit that define TikTok on 2024, a multilingual fantasy through Latin rhythms.
On the 20th, we are going to enjoy the unique show of Kelly Lee Owens, who is going to present her album “Dreamstate”. On the other side, we are going to have the possibility to experience FKA Twigs performing her groundbreaking and emotionally raw “EUSEXUA” setlist, a combination of music, dance, visual art and performance; with a great curation of clothing. An opportunity to enjoy “Room Of Fools”, “home with you” and “Papi Bones” live in the capital of Portugal. While Azealia Banks is going to present her fierce lyricism, genre-warping style and provocative attitude with a focus on tracks like “212” from “Broke with Expensive Taste” or some hits from “Slay-Z”, the album that she released back in 2017.
Last day is going to be an energizing experience. Damiano David is presenting his “Funny little FEARS” tour that we expect to be one of the most memorable acts in the festival due to the introspection and new musical sensibility he is showing to the public this days, after breaking the music industry with “Zitti e buoni” alongside Måneskin in 2021. On the other hand, we could find vibrant performances like BADBADNOTGOOD, that are bringing to the festival their fusion of jazz, hip-hop, psychedelia, and electronica into a distinctive, genre-fluid sound. Sharing the “Mid Spiral” audio/visual experience, the tour of their latest album, where we are going to find hits from “Talk Memory” or “IV” also. Jorja Smith would present her latest single “The Way I Love You”, alongside picks from “falling or flying” and “Lost & Found”. She is one of the most compelling voices in contemporary R&B and she is going to demostrate it through a curated setlist where versatility and emotional vulnerability are going to be key.
We cannot wait to enjoy the arts installations and eco-friendly initiatives, while enjoying our favourite music in the middle of the summer. All of it, before expanding it to Madrid, were attendees will be able to live the Portuguese experience without moving the Spanish country. An opportunity to discover their strong focus on art and sustainability and how they are going to develop it in another country. Lisbon, see you soon!
