SCIENCE AND MEDIUMSHIP: UN PUENTE HACIA EL ALMA (A BRIDGE TO THE SOUL) BY RAQUEL SÁEZ
An exclusive conversation with Raquel Sáez about life, death, and the responsibility for our own energy.
In a world dominated by digital noise and materialism, Raquel Sáez emerges as a voice seeking to normalize the invisible. A medium, speaker, and author of the bestseller A Bridge to the Soul (Planeta), Raquel moves away from dark esotericism to propose a therapeutic and scientific vision of spirituality, a concept currently in vogue among younger generations. In this interview, we explore why death is not the end and how our vibration shapes the reality we inhabit.
The Normalization of the Invisible
Ulixēs Fernández: Raquel, your approach stands out for removing the «fear» surrounding mediumship. Why do you think now is the time for this message to come to light?
Raquel Sáez: Because it can no longer be hidden. We are at a moment where the truth is being reflected in each of us. My work is not about divination or predictive esotericism; It’s about understanding who we are and what we’re here for. Death isn’t the end; it’s a transformation of energy, an idea that even scientists like Dr. Manuel Serra are beginning to support from the perspective of quantum physics. (Whom we also hold in high regard.)
Earth as a Spiritual «Erasmus»
UF: In your book, you mention that Earth is a kind of school. What exactly do we come here to learn?
RS: It’s like an «Erasmus» for the soul. Our true home is the spiritual world, where peace reigns, but we come here voluntarily to play a role. In our original home, there is no duality or pain; that’s why we come to Earth: to experience the opposite, to learn, and to raise our level of consciousness.
«Death is simply a change of matter. For the soul, none of this is real, even though we experience it here through pain.»
The Responsibility of Vibration
UF: You talk a lot about «frequency» and how we attract what we are. How can we improve our daily lives through this?
RF: Everything is a melody. If you wake up arguing or vibrating with conflict, that’s what you’re going to attract. We must observe our surroundings: our house, our closet, even the plants. Everything speaks to our internal vibration. Furthermore, the five people you interact with most define who you are; energy is contagious, even the heartbeats of those close to you can synchronize.
The Awakening in Skeptical Professions
UF: Does it surprise you to see doctors or surgeons in your training sessions?
RS: Not at all, it’s part of the awakening. I’ve had surgeons who confess to me that, while operating, they feel someone guiding their movements. Geniuses like Beethoven, Van Gogh, or Einstein already said it: they simply grasped information from a higher power. Art and science are vehicles for transmitting messages we bring from «there.»
Raquel Sáez proposes a spirituality based on soul responsibility and self-love as tools to heal wounds and liberate the ego. Her message transforms the vision of death into a conscious transition, where mediumship acts as a therapeutic comfort that accompanies grief without replacing it. And as she says, “Love yourself for every wound. We are all broken by the same wound, but the shadow is only healed with love.” Do you now believe in the afterlife?
